1997年,辽宁省人事厅对全省人事系统廉政建设的情况进行了调查。调查中,除直接听取市县人事局领导同志的情况介绍外,还分别召开了各种类型座谈会,查阅了有关资料。调查表明,全省人事系统干部素质较好,特别是经过改革开放和市场经济的锻炼与考验,这支队伍已经成长为清正廉洁、一心为公的队伍。
