在市场化的今天,人才的流动是一种正常现象,离职、跳槽是每个职场人和每个企业现实存在的现象。但是高离职率会给企业带来沉重的人力资源重置成本,尤其核心员工作为企业的关键人才,如何提高员工满意度,留住关键人才是企业人力资源面临的一个重要课题。本文从当前企业员工离职的现状分析入手,分析了当前企业员工离职的影响因素,提出了提高员工满意度,预防员工离职的管理对策及思路。
In the market today, the flow of talent is a normal phenomenon, leaving, job-hopping is the reality of each workplace and each business phenomenon. However, the high turnover rate will bring heavy replacement cost of human resources, especially for core employees as the key personnel of the enterprise. How to improve employee satisfaction and retain key personnel is an important issue for enterprise human resources. This article starts with analyzing the current situation of the turnover of employees in an enterprise, analyzes the influencing factors of current employee turnover, and puts forward the management countermeasures and ideas to improve employee satisfaction and prevent employees from leaving the company.
