从1995年开始,OTC产品在我国医药界成了热门话题,OTC产品之所以会在近年受到重视,与国际上进行的医疗体制改革不无关联,同时也和药物的研究开发费用不断增长有关。 1 世界上进行的医疗体制改革情况 发达国家的整个医疗费用中,药费约占15％,日本最高,接近30％。所以在医疗体制改革中,首当其冲的就是医药费。然而我国的医疗费用中,医药费占了70％～80％,所以控制医药费快速增长似乎更是迫在眉睫的事情。 为了控制医药费开支,西方国家采取了以下措施:
