目的寻求腰骶椎后外侧融合术后融合状态的最佳X线评估方法。方法对1年来已行手术半年以上的18例腰骶椎后外侧融合术患者分别进行腰骶椎正侧位、角度前后位X片及CT扫描检查,观察L5横突与骶骨翼之间空间的大小、植骨块或骨融合的密度、融合骨块有无线形空隙形成等,并进行比较。结果正位片及角度前后位X片均可很好显示L4-5的横突及其间隙,但对于L5～S1间的显示则在出口位片上效果更好,植骨块或融合骨的轮廓更清晰,无重叠之骨性因素影响。结论出口位X片将在腰骶椎融合的观察中比正规前后位X片有更佳的应用价值。 Objective To seek the best X-ray evaluation method for the fusion status after lumbosacral vertebral fusion.
