药物经济学是以成本—效益分析为起点,经过不断发展、完善后形成的一门新兴的、仍处于发展和完善过程中的独立学科。在国外,药物经济学为政府、制药企业、医院、保险机构和学术等组织所应用。澳大利亚、加拿大早在1993年、1994年就在世界上率先成功地运用PE进行药物报销管理。近年来,药物经济学已在世界上越来越多的国家得到日益深入和广泛的研究与应用。我国药物经济学研究起步较晚,但随着社会经济的进步,对药物经济学的发展和应用产生了迫切要求,而且也正在从理论和基础性研究扩展到不同领域的应用性研究。 Pharmacoeconomics is an emerging discipline based on cost-benefit analysis, which is formed after continuous development and improvement.
