Objective To investigate the perioperative nursing intervention and its effect on cancer-induced fatigue in patients with breast cancer. Methods Eighty cases of breast cancer patients who were admitted to the First People’s Hospital of Suqian from November 2015 to November 2016 were randomly divided into observation group (nursing intervention) and control group (routine nursing) Forty patients with cancer were divided into two groups before and after treatment: fatigue, quality of life score and satisfaction. Results The scores of post-treatment behavioral (4.8 ± 0.5), emotion (4.5 ± 0.4) and sensory (4.5 ± 0.6) scores in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group (5.8 ± 0.7) and (5.6 ± 0.7) and (5.5 ± 0.8) points were lower, the differences were statistically significant (P <0.05). Body function (69.5 ± 4.8), mental health (76.2 ± 6.3), social function (72.4 ± 6.3), material life (78.9 ± 7.3) and total score (76.5 ± 6.8) in the observation group were graded (62.4 ± 4.1) points, (67.4 ± 3.8) points, (63.5 ± 6.1) points, (71.2 ± 5.6) points and (66.7 ± 5.2) points of the quality of life items were higher than the control group, the differences were statistically significant Significance (all P <0.05). The satisfaction rate of nursing in the observation group was 95.0% and that in the control group was 75.0%, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). Conclusion Perioperative nursing intervention can effectively relieve the cancer-induced fatigue in patients with breast cancer and improve their quality of life and satisfaction.
