In e-commerce, the parties to the transaction often do not trust each other, and either side of the transaction fears that the other party may be in a more advantageous position than the transaction during the transaction, which may result in a loss to themselves. Fair electronic payment schemes and agreements Designed to solve such problems. This paper draws on the idea of converting digital signatures and proposes a fair electronic payment scheme so that both parties in the transaction are in an equal position in the program and the fairness of the transaction process is realized. Involves a trusted third party (TTP). However, TTP is only involved in the registration phase and the dispute. The normal payment process does not require TTP. That is to say, the introduction of TTP does not affect the payment process Efficiency, so the program is an “optimized” fair electronic payment scheme.
