本文对于大众艺术体操训练过程中运动损伤的原因进行分析,并提出一些科学合理的预防措施。全面提升身体素质,运动前充分地做好准备,改正错误的运动方式,细心地研究运动要领,科学地安排运动时间,这样能减少不必要的运动损伤,提升大众艺术体操的训练效果。
This article analyzes the causes of sports injuries in the process of public artistic gymnastics training and puts forward some scientific and reasonable preventive measures. Fully improve their physical fitness, fully prepared before exercise, correct the wrong way of exercise, carefully study the essentials of exercise, and arrange exercise time scientifically so as to reduce unnecessary sports injuries and enhance the effectiveness of mass artistic gymnastics training.
