主要综述了制浆造纸部分工艺过程中电荷的形成,产生这些电荷对制浆造纸过程的危害,以及这些电荷在各种体系中形成的几种典型的电荷理论,主要包括双电层、氢键和絮凝等。与此同时,还详细描述了如何运用这些电荷现象和理论对制浆造纸部分工艺产生的电子垃圾进行合理控制,进而降低生产成本、提高生产效率等。
This paper mainly reviews the formation of electric charge in the process of pulping and papermaking, the harm of these electric charges to the pulping and papermaking process, and several typical charge theories of these charges formed in various systems, including electric double layer, hydrogen bond And flocculation and so on. At the same time, it also describes in detail how to use these charge phenomena and theories to control the e-waste generated from some processes of pulp and paper manufacturing, so as to reduce the production cost and increase the production efficiency.
