课题调研是党校主体班教学方法之一。它在提高学员理论联系实际、培养学员实际工作能力等方面发挥了重要作用。但在实践中,课题调研仍然存在调研过程形式化、成果评价简单化、转化运用低效化和教师指导浅表化等问题。这些问题在一定程度弱化了调研报告的效果。为此,笔者试从“望、闻、问、切”四个方面就如何做好党校主体班课题调研的指导工作作些粗浅的探讨,以期加强和改进干部教育培训、提高党校干部教育培训质量的目的。
Project research is one of the main methods of teaching in the party school. It plays an important role in improving students ’theory with practice and cultivating students’ practical working ability. However, in practice, there still exist some problems in formal research, such as the formalization of research process, the simplification of results evaluation, the inefficient use of transformation and the superficialization of teachers. To a certain extent, these problems weaken the effectiveness of the research report. For this reason, the author tries to make some superficial discussions on how to do a good job in guiding the investigation of the main class of the Party School from the aspects of “look, smell, ask and cut”, with a view to strengthening and improving the education and training of cadres and raising the education of cadres in the Party school The purpose of training quality.
