用2种二棱大麦Tokak和Clerine进行2种不同强度范围的(0.05~0.75KGY和0.5~5.0KGY)钴60照射。在制麦之前对大麦进行中等强度的照射全对大多数麦芽质量指标起损害作用。射线的强度在0.25KGY以下产生的不良影响较轻。照射麦芽样品对其质量特性只有轻微不良影响或者没有影响。
Two different intensity ranges (0.05-0.75 KGY and 0.5-5.0 KGY) cobalt 60 irradiation were performed with two types of barley, Barley Tokak and Clerine. Moderate intensity of barley exposure prior to malting all compromised most malt quality indicators. The intensity of the rays below 0.25 KGY produces less adverse effects. Irradiated malt samples had only minor or no effect on their quality characteristics.
