目的通过观察细胞周期素D1(Cyclin D1)在正常口腔黏膜、口腔黏膜不典型增生和口腔黏膜鳞癌的不同表达,分析它在口腔黏膜鳞癌及其癌变过程中的表达规律,探讨它的异常表达与口腔黏膜癌变、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测Cyclin D1在17例正常口腔黏膜、6例口腔黏膜不典型增生和52例口腔黏膜鳞癌的不同表达。结果(1)Cyclin D1在正常口腔黏膜、口腔黏膜不典型增生的阳性表达率明显低于在口腔黏膜鳞癌中的阳性表达率;同时,Cyclin D1的阳性表达率随肿瘤的分化程度降低而降低;(2)Cyclin D1与肿瘤的转移密切相关。结论Cyclin D1在口腔黏膜鳞癌的分化和转移过程中起重要作用,与肿瘤的不良分化和转移密切相关,这可为口腔鳞癌患者的预后判断提供有效依据。
Objective To observe the expression of cyclin D1 in normal oral mucosa, dysplasia of oral mucosa and squamous cell carcinoma of oral mucosa, and to analyze the expression of Cyclin D1 in oral squamous cell carcinoma and its carcinogenesis, Expression and oral mucosa canceration, metastasis. Methods Immunohistochemical SP method was used to detect the expression of Cyclin D1 in 17 cases of normal oral mucosa, 6 cases of oral dysplasia and 52 cases of oral squamous cell carcinoma. Results (1) The positive expression rate of Cyclin D1 in normal oral mucosa and oral dysplasia was significantly lower than that in oral squamous cell carcinoma. Meanwhile, the positive rate of Cyclin D1 was decreased with the differentiation of tumor ; (2) Cyclin D1 is closely related to tumor metastasis. Conclusion Cyclin D1 plays an important role in the differentiation and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma, which is closely related to the poor differentiation and metastasis of oral squamous cell carcinoma, which may provide an effective basis for the prognosis judgment of patients with oral squamous cell carcinoma.
