我国现行生产镓是从铝士矿在生产铝的母液中回收镓,提镓的方法有中和,置换等老方法,也有溶剂萃取等新方法。磷酸三丁酯(TBP)是使用较多的一种萃取剂,但一般要在2—6NHCl盐酸介质中才能对镓进行萃取[1],盐酸不仅价格高,而且挥发性大,腐蚀车间设备,造成恶劣的操作环境。本文采用TBP从H_2SO_4—NaCl体系中萃取镓,减轻了HCl挥发造成的危害,寻找出了较适宜的工艺条件。

In this paper, TBP was used to extract gallium from H_2SO_4-NaCl system, which reduced the harm caused by the volatilization of HCl and found out the suitable process conditions.
