从理论上对角型材的拉弯回弹进行研究,基于角型材截面应力、应变分布算法建立拉弯解析模型,推导零件卸载后回弹角的计算公式,分析讨论预拉力和补拉力对回弹的影响规律。结果表明:拉弯零件的回弹随着预拉力或补拉力的增大而减小。与试验结果的对比表明,建立的解析模型能够较好地预测角型材拉弯零件的回弹。
In this paper, the tension and bending rebound of diagonal profiles is theoretically studied. The analytical model of tension and bend is established based on the cross-section stress and strain distribution of the profile. The formula of spring back angle after the unloading is deduced. The effects of pre-tension and secondary tension on springback The law of influence. The results show that the springback of the bent parts decreases with the increase of the pre-tension or the pull-in force. The comparison between the experimental results and the experimental results shows that the analytical model established can predict the rebound of the angled profile bent parts better.
