目的:利用响应面法对一贯煎总多糖的提取工艺进行优化。方法:在分析单因素的基础上,以一贯煎多糖得率为响应值,采用3因素3水平的响应面法(RSM)对其提取工艺进行研究。结果:最佳工艺参数为液固比11∶1,85%乙醇提取2次,每次1.8 h。结论:响应面法可在连续范围内进行分析,具有实验周期短、精密度高的优点。优化结果可为制剂生产提供参考依据。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of total polysaccharide by using response surface methodology. Methods: Based on the analysis of single factor, the extraction rate was determined by the response rate of 3-level and 3-level response surface methodology (RSM). Results: The optimum process parameters were liquid-solid ratio of 11: 1, 85% ethanol extraction twice, each time 1.8 h. Conclusion: The response surface method can be analyzed in a continuous range with the advantages of short experimental period and high precision. The optimized results can provide a reference for the preparation production.
