绞车运行过程中经常出现排绳紊乱现象,易造成铜丝绳受损加剧和断绳跑车事故的发生,严重时也可能导致重大人身事故。针对这一现状,将液压调速技术和 PLC 控制技术运用于绞车的自动排绳控制过程中,对绞车的转速及排绳液压缸的行走方向和位移量进行实时信号采集和监控,通过控制防爆变频器的频率,实现排绳系统的无级调速,达到动态跟踪绞车运行状况及自动控制排绳过程的目的。
