(一)报纸地方特色究竟是什么?近年来有关这方面的论述不少,确有许多真知灼见,但也仍旧给入留下一些疑惑。比如说:地方报纸要办出地方特色,就要以刊载地方新闻为主。实际上,目前没有一家地方报纸不是以刊载地方新闻为主的。那么,它们是否因此就可以说办出了地方特色呢?
