不同浓度的五种化疗药物(顺铂、阿霉素、长春新碱、平阳霉素和更生霉素)以及碱性成纤维细胞生长因子(b FGF)分别作用于卵巢癌COCl细胞系,荧光法动态测定肿瘤细胞内Ca~(2+)浓度.结果:①在静息状态下肿瘤细胞浆内游离Ca~(2+)浓度是85.6±9.7nmol/L;在bFGF作用下胞内游离Ca~(2+)浓度增高,若细胞外液中有CaCl_2,则胞内Ca~(2+)浓度增高.②在化疗药物作用下,肿瘤细胞内游离Ca~(2+)浓度呈短暂快速下降,随后恢复到初始浓度乃至稍高于初始浓度,但各药各剂量对Ca~(2+)的影响无明显规律性.
