汽车氧传感器根据工作原理可分为3类:(1)浓差型;(2)极限电流型;(3)氧化物半导体型。汽车氧传感器是电喷发动机控制系统中关键的传感部件,电极是氧传感器中最重要的组成部分。目前,低温(600℃)下以银电极为主;高温(600~900℃)下则以铂电极为主,但因其价格昂贵,金属陶瓷复合电极正逐渐代替铂电极;一些半导体金属氧化物电极也表现出一定的应用前景。 Automotive oxygen sensors according to the working principle can be divided into three categories: (1) concentration-type; (2) limit current type; (3) oxide semiconductor type.
