提出一种非实验室条件下激光光束质量的简易评价方法,通过检测激光光斑轮廓特征来评价激光光束质量。根据原理定义一组表征激光光束质量的参量,给出测量方案和算法。利用灯抽运Nd∶YAG电光调Q脉冲激光器测试了谐振腔镜倾斜和不同调Q状态两种失调态时激光器参量值的变化规律,结果显示参量值随着失调量增加而单调增大,当失调量较大时,可以用相邻两截面上参量差值的平均值来评价激光光束质量。研究结果表明,所提出的简易评价方法能够有效地评价激光器激光光束质量,测量过程仅需要光敏相纸、数码相机以及计算程序。对实验条件要求低,可用于非实验室条件下激光器工作状态的初步检测。
A simple method for evaluating laser beam quality under non-laboratory conditions is proposed. The laser beam quality is evaluated by detecting the outline characteristics of the laser spot. According to the principle of defining a set of parameters that characterize the laser beam quality, given the measurement scheme and algorithm. Nd:YAG electro-optical Q-switched laser was used to test the variation of the laser parameters when the resonator was tilted and different Q-switched states were adjusted. The results show that the values of the parameters monotonically increase with the increase of the offset. When the offset is large, the laser beam quality can be evaluated by averaging the parameter differences between the two adjacent sections. The results show that the proposed simple evaluation method can effectively evaluate the laser beam quality of the laser. The measurement process only needs the photosensitive paper, the digital camera and the calculation program. Low requirements for the experimental conditions, can be used for non-laboratory conditions laser preliminary detection of working conditions.
