ERP实施是一个复杂的过程,但成功的 ERP 带给企业的效益又是巨大的,对于跨国石油企业尤其如此。在胜利油田,勘探、钻井、采油、炼油各业务的信息传递靠得还是 MIS 系统,而且整个油田的业务也没有高度的信息集成。另外,中国石化、中航油已经实施 SAP 的ERP 项目,中国石油也在选择合适的 ERP 产品。在这个时候,国际先进的实施经验对于中国石化行业尤为重要。壳牌石油公司 SAP 产品经理 Simon Hathrell 出席“SAP 石油行业研讨会”期间,介绍了其作为一个国际化石油巨头信息化战略的制定与实施历程,以及 ERP 系统在壳牌石油公司全球的应用情况和取得的投资效益情况,他的介绍对于国内企业尤其是大型企业实施 ERP 具有一定的借鉴意义。
