公务员录用制度是公务员制度的入口环节及核心内容,也是我国干部人事制度改革中的一个亮点。目前公务员录用制度在实施过程中存在考录制度科学性缺失、公务员考试成本高昂、监督和评估机制不完善等问题。通过对这些问题现象及成因进行理性分析,提出应从增强公务员考录制度的科学性、提高考官素质、完善公务员考试录用监督机制三个方面来完善我国公务员录用制度。
Civil service recruitment system is the civil service system, the entry link and the core content of China’s cadre and personnel system reform is also a bright spot. At present, civil service recruitment system in the implementation process there is a lack of scientific examination system, civil service examinations costly, supervision and evaluation mechanism is not perfect and so on. Through the rational analysis of the phenomena and causes of these problems, this paper puts forward that we should improve the civil servant recruitment system from the following three aspects: enhancing the scientificness of the civil servant examination system, improving the quality of the examiners, and improving the civil service exam recruitment supervision system.
