为弥补传统临床医学科研方法与传统统计学方法的不足,并充分挖掘并利用现有的医院临床信息系统。利用国外先进的智能计算技术和经验,结合现有的资源和实际情况,应用以数据仓库为核心的数据整合技术、以数据挖掘为核心的知识发现技术、以数理统计和科研流程为核心的统计分析技术,基于日积月累的海量临床数据,搭建了一个完整的智能化临床医学科研平台。该系统为科研选题的顶层设计、样本数据收集与分析、及医学实验设计与统计分析等方面提供了有益的帮助,提升了临床科研工作水平。基于医院临床资源信息化系统而整合的智能临床医学科研系统具有实际应用价值。
To make up for the lack of traditional clinical research methods and traditional statistical methods, and to fully tap and make use of existing hospital clinical information system. Using advanced foreign intelligent computing technology and experience, combined with the existing resources and the actual situation, the application of data warehouse as the core data integration technology, data mining as the core knowledge discovery technology, mathematical statistics and scientific research processes as the core of the statistics Analysis technology, based on the massive clinical data over time, set up a complete intelligent clinical research platform. The system provides useful help for the top-level design of scientific research topics, sample data collection and analysis, medical experiment design and statistical analysis, and enhances the level of clinical research work.
