往复滑块曲柄机构的运动分析一般只能采用几何作图法和图解微分法。几何作图比较繁锁。本文为偏心滑块曲柄机构的运动分析提供了简易的作图方法,它与一般几何作图法相比不仅简单容易,而且精度高,还便于分析中间构件的运动。我国自行研制的两种大型专用容器的油缸曲柄开盖机构属于偏心滑块曲柄机构,本文以这两种容器的油缸曲柄开盖机构为例作了运动分析,其结果与实测情况相符。该法当然也适用对心滑块曲柄机构。
