试剂2—(3,5—二溴—2—吡啶偶氮)—5—二甲氨基苯酚(简称3,5—Br—DMPAP)与铜有显色反应,灵敏度ε=5×10~4.本文在表面活性剂氯化十四烷基吡啶(TPC)存在下,用3,5—Br_2—DMPAP与铜显色,该显色体系具有较高的灵敏度(ε_(613)=1.3×10~5,在掩蔽剂存在下具有一定的选择性,络合物在弱碱性介质中显色,具有较好的稳定性。
The reagent 2- (3,5-dibromo-2-pyridylazo) -5-dimethylaminophenol (referred to as 3,5-Br-DMPAP) has a color reaction with copper with a sensitivity of 5 × 10 -4. In this paper, 3,5-Br_2-DMPAP was used to develop color reaction with tetrachloropyridinium chloride (TPC). The colorimetric system has high sensitivity (ε_ (613) = 1.3 × 10 ~ 5, in the presence of masking agent has a certain selectivity, complex in weak alkaline medium color, with good stability.
