传统的语文教学,教师是教学管理者,高高在上,忽视了学生的身心发展特点,每个人不同的学习需求,是一种以应试为目的的填鸭式教学。而新的《语文课程标准》指出:“小学语文教学应在师生平等对话过程中进行。”极大程度地重视学生在语文课堂教学的主体地位,珍视学生的独特感受、体验和理解。教师应在备课、上课、评价等环节处处重视平等对话,让每一位学生在主动积极的思维和情感活动中有所感悟,有所生成,并从中受到情感熏陶,获得思想启迪,享受审美乐趣。
