观察了在9个盐度梯度(5、10、15、20、25、30、35、40、45)下云纹石斑鱼(♀)×七带石斑鱼(♂)杂交子一代受精卵和初孵仔鱼在水中的分布状态;对不同盐度条件下其胚胎发育周期、孵化率和畸形率进行比较;并对其初孵仔鱼进行了耐饥饿试验,测定其生存活力指数(Survival activity index,SAI)。结果表明,其受精卵孵化的适宜盐度范围是25~40,最适盐度范围为30~35,盐度低于30时,盐度越低,孵化率越低,畸形率越高;盐度高于35时,盐度越高,孵化率越低,畸形率越高;仔鱼的最适生存盐度范围为30~35,此盐度下的SAI值分别为33.3±0.8和24.1±0.2,盐度低于30时,盐度越低,仔鱼的存活率及SAI值越低;盐度高于35时,盐度越高,仔鱼的存活率及SAI值越低。
