本文较详细的分析了用并联或串联PIN管装置构成的反射型电控衰减单元的基本特性,导出了单节衰减单元的插损及最大衰减的关系式。并作重讨论了并联型集成反射型电控衰减单元及能改善输入端口驻波特性的复合衰减器的设计问题。文中还给出了电路设计的实例,一个五公分的单节反射型衰减单元能达到的典型指标是最大衰减量为16db。插损<0.7db。工作带宽>10%。
In this paper, the basic characteristics of the reflective electronic control unit with parallel or series PIN tube are analyzed in detail. The relationship between the insertion loss and the maximum attenuation of single unit is deduced. And discuss the design problems of the parallel integrated reflective electronic control unit and compound attenuator which can improve the VSWR of the input port. The article also gives an example of the circuit design, a five-centimeter single reflection type attenuation unit can reach the typical target is the maximum attenuation of 16db. Insert damage <0.7db. Working bandwidth> 10%.
