近年来,随着全球化的深入以及跨国贸易的不断发展,文化智能(Cultural Intelligence)成为了新的衡量外派人员对国外环境适应性的指标。此外,文化智能作为一个新的研究领域也被日渐关注。尽管国内外关于文化智能的研究成果越来越多,但在文化智能的衡量中存在的问题还需进一步研究和改进。以往对文化智能的衡量大都采取问卷调查法。本文从概念构成和影响因素两个方面重新对文化智能进行了定义,并且对现有的衡量文化智能的问卷调查中存在的问题进行分析,最后给出相应的解决方案。希望给以后的研究一些实际性建议。
In recent years, with the deepening of globalization and the continuous development of cross-border trade, Cultural Intelligence has become a new measure of the environmental adaptability of expatriates to foreign countries. In addition, cultural intelligence as a new research area is also getting more and more attention. Although there are more and more research achievements on cultural intelligence at home and abroad, the problems existing in the measurement of cultural intelligence need further study and improvement. In the past, questionnaire surveys were mostly used to measure cultural intelligence. This article redefined cultural intelligence from the two aspects of conceptual composition and influencing factors, and analyzed the existing problems in the questionnaire survey of cultural intelligence, and finally presented the corresponding solutions. I hope to give some practical advice for future research.
