用自然土壤进行车辆行走装置的原型和模型试验存在着一系列困难,本文提出用导磁粉末代替自然土壤进行模型试验。根据土壤-车辆系统力学、尤其是土壤-车辆系统模型试验的研究结果,自然土壤的c、φ、γ三个参数基本上表征了土壤和车辆行驶性能有关的特性。因此,本文着重对置于磁场中的磁粉模拟自然土壤的c、φ参数进行了实验研究,找出了这两个参数随电流强度I、预压力p的变化规律,确定了磁粉能够模拟的自然土壤的范围。对于磁粉的剪切变型关系、压力沉陷关系和在磁粉上进行模型试验时磁粉γ参数的影响也作了初步的探讨。最后,得出了可以用磁粉代替自然土壤进行模型试验的结论,并对其优缺点进行了分析。
There are a series of difficulties in the prototype and model test of the vehicle running gear with natural soil. In this paper, we use the magnetic powder instead of natural soil for model test. According to the results of soil-vehicle system mechanics, especially soil-vehicle system model tests, the three parameters of natural soil c, φ, γ basically characterize the characteristics of soil and vehicle driving performance. Therefore, this paper focuses on the simulation of c, φ parameters of natural soil with magnetic powder placed in a magnetic field, and finds out the variation law of these two parameters with the current intensity I and the pre-pressure p, confirms that the magnetic powder can simulate natural Soil range. The relationship between the shear deformation of the magnetic powder, the relationship between pressure subsidence and the influence of the magnetic particle γ parameter on the magnetic particle model was also discussed. Finally, the conclusion that the model test can be done by using magnetic powder instead of natural soil is obtained, and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed.
