为了保持船舶冷凝器良好的冷却效果,防止其海洋附着生物的附着是很重要的。本文是一篇关于用电解海水防止船舶冷却水系统附着海洋生物的研究报告。其结论如下: (1)铅银(1%)—微铂电极用作电解海水的阳报是合适的; (2)残氯浓度约为0.1ppm就能防止海洋生物在冷却水系统附着; (3)此法对冷却水系统的金属材料如软钢和铜合金不会进一步促进腐蚀; (4)该装置结构简单,操作方便。实船试验,效果良好。
In order to maintain a good cooling effect on the marine condenser, it is important to prevent the attachment of marine organisms. This article is a research report on the use of electrolyzed seawater to prevent the attachment of marine life to the ship’s cooling water system.
