班主任是学校中全面负责一个班级学生的思想、学习、健康和生活等工作的教师。是一个班的组织者、指导者和教育者,也是一个班级中全体任课教师教学、教育工作的协调者。小学班主任工作面对的是6岁至12岁的少年儿童,工作素养要求高,工作责任巨大,工作任务多,富有挑战性。为此,小学班主任要通过各种方式方法加强自身的修养,提高专业化水平,不断学习,甘为人梯,团结协作。小学班主任专业水平的提升方式很多,我们在育人实践中发现以下六种培养方式:一、“班主任之家”学习活动目前,国内的“班主任之家”多由教师进修学院或市级非教学单位或由民间团体组织,活动内容丰富。在“班主任之家”里,为了便于班主任研究与进修,多备有研究卡、班级管理方面的参考书等。研究卡片为班主任提供主要的参考
