目的:通过观察不同阶段表皮干细胞表面感觉神经肽 SP 的受体 NK1的表达特征与鼠毛囊发育间的相关性,研究表皮干细胞分化发育为毛囊时感觉神经肽的作用,为研究通过神经调控诱导表皮干细胞向毛囊分化奠定基础。方法:实验取胎龄12.5~13.5d 胎鼠、1~2d 新生鼠、成鼠三组皮肤标本,以β1整合素及 K19双标阳性表达定位表皮干细胞,免疫组化方法定性、半定量分析 NK1受体表达。结果:不同发育阶段鼠表皮干细胞表面均有 NK1受体表达,其阳性表达率与 ESC 双标阳性表达率无明显差异;胎鼠及新生鼠 NK1受体表达率同成
OBJECTIVE: To investigate the role of sensory neuropeptides in the differentiation of epidermal stem cells into hair follicles by observing the correlation between the expression of receptor NK1 on the surface of sensory neuropeptide SP of epidermal stem cells and the development of mouse hair follicles at different stages. To study the effect of sensory neuropeptide Stem cells to the differentiation of hair follicles lay the foundation. Methods: The skin specimens were obtained from fetal mice of 12.5-13.5 days gestational age and newborn rats of 1-2 days, respectively. The epidermal stem cells (NSCs) were localized by β1 integrin and K19 double labeling. Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression of NK1 Receptor expression. Results: The expression of NK1 receptor on the surface of mouse epidermal stem cells at different developmental stages showed no significant difference between the expression of NK1 receptor and the double positive rate of ESC.
