为中国女性血沉参考值提供科学依据,研究了中国219个地区20693例健康成年女性的温氏法血沉参考值与五项地理因素之间的关系,发现海拔高度是影响女性血沉参考值最主要的因素,随着海拨高度的增大,女性血沉参考值逐渐减小.用教学回归的方法推导出了5个一元回归方程和一个多元回归方程.如果知道了某个地区的地理因素,就可以运用回归方程估算这个地区的女性温氏法血沉参考值.把中国分为青藏区、西南区、西北区、东南区、华北区、东北区等6个区
To provide a scientific basis for reference value of Chinese women’s ESR, and to study the relationship between Wen’s ESR reference value of 20 693 healthy adult women in 219 regions of China and five geographical factors, and to find that altitude is the most important factor affecting women’s reference value of ESR Factors, with the increase of altitude, female ESR reference value gradually reduced. Five regression equations and one multiple regression equation were deduced by the method of teaching regression. If you know the geographical factors of a region, you can use the regression equation to estimate the female Wen’s ESR reference value in this area. China is divided into 6 districts of Qinghai-Tibet, Southwest, Northwest, Southeast, North China and Northeast China
