动态心电图(Holter)是现代一项新的诊断技术。与此相配合,日本MEC公司研制出BP-100型Holter血压计,可在24小时内每分钟地测量血压的变化。它由脉搏波传感器系统(主机)、控制器和绷带等三部分组成。将光电传感器放在手指上,通过检测脉搏波来测量血压。由于采用能包裹着手指的非常小的绑带和增压/减压泵,故结构极为紧凑:最适用于对门诊病人进行特定间隔时间的血压连续测量。将绑带绑上手指后,能在2、5或10分钟的间隔时间进行30秒的自动血压测量。当病人不适时,也可作手控测量。这台装置可测量收缩压、舒张压、平均血压和脉率,并可将测量结果打印出来。如与数据监护仪连接,还可将测量结果显示存屏幕上。主机与控制
Holter is a new diagnostic technology in modern times. In line with this, Japan’s MEC company developed a BP-100 Holter sphygmomanometer, blood pressure changes can be measured every minute within 24 hours.
