To understand the issues of cultural hermeneutics of humanism, it is necessary to analyze the universally valid norms and values. These guidelines and values are based on cultural diversity. In order to establish such a basic standard, humanism must resort to basic anthropological principles that are transculturally effective. On the one hand, the justification that can be identified in these principles must be unconditional and universal. On the other hand, these basic principles of anthropology must be obvious and comprehensible within the context of each culture. The decisive grounds of determination to which everyone has endorsed this set of principles must be reconciled with his or her free consent.
