目的了解健康人群麻疹免疫水平,为加速控制和消除麻疹提供科学依据。方法采用间接ELISA法检测石家庄市2006-2008年健康人群麻疹IgG抗体水平。结果麻疹IgG抗体总阳性率为86.32%,几何平均滴度(GMT)为1:1367.18;3年IgG抗体阳性率差异无统计学意义(x2=2.71,P=0.258),GMT差异有统计学意义(F=3.330,P=0.036);不同年龄组麻疹抗体阳性率和GMT差异均有统计学意义(x2=37.539,P=0.000,F=2.849,P=0.009)。结论我市局部有些地方仍有低接种率和免疫空白,建议两剂次麻疹疫苗(MV)常规免疫后应在中小学入学前各强化接种一次MV。
Objective To understand the level of measles immunity in healthy population and provide a scientific basis for accelerating the control and eliminating measles. Methods Indirect ELISA was used to detect measles IgG levels in healthy people from 2006 to 2008 in Shijiazhuang City. Results The positive rate of measles IgG antibody was 86.32%, the geometric mean titer (GMT) was 1: 1367.18, and there was no significant difference in the positive rates of IgG antibodies at 3 years (x2 = 2.71, P = 0.258) (F = 3.330, P = 0.036). The positive rates of measles antibody and GMT in different age groups were significantly different (x2 = 37.539, P = 0.000, F = 2.849, P = 0.009). Conclusion There are still some places in our city with low vaccination rate and immunization blank. It is suggested that two doses of measles vaccine (MV) should be given one MV after primary immunization.
