胶带输送机已广泛应用于矿井生产当中,替代老式的提升机运输方式成为矿井提高产能的重要技术,是综合机械化矿井当中的重要组成部分。在煤矿中,为了尽量减少无效巷道,在煤层周围应尽量布置简单合理的运输通道。由于煤层地质条件的影响,使得运输巷道多数以定向不定坡的方式布置,难以实现一条直线运输。由于巷道上下跌宕起伏,给胶带输送机的铺设造成一定的难度。通过安装升降坡的方式有效地缓解了这一问题,保证了胶带输送机的正常使用,本文将对胶带输送机升、降坡装置在煤矿中的应用作简要探析。
Belt conveyor has been widely used in mine production, instead of the old hoist transport mode to become an important technology to improve production capacity in mines, which is an important part of mechanized mining. In coal mines, in order to minimize ineffective roadways, simple and reasonable transportation routes should be arranged around coal seams. Due to the influence of coal seam geological conditions, most of the transport tunnels are arranged in a directionally unsteady way, making it difficult to achieve a straight line transportation. As the roadway up and down ups and downs, to tape conveyor laying caused some difficulty. Through the installation of the lift slope effectively alleviate this problem, to ensure the normal use of the belt conveyor, the paper will tape conveyor lift device in the mine for brief analysis.
