我国西部近1/5国土至今尚没有基本的地形数据,究其原因,除了自然环境恶劣外,测绘技术水平也是至关重要的因素。航空摄影测量是地形测绘的基础手段之一,近年来,数码航空摄影仪成为研究与应用的热点。论文介绍了我国自主知识产权的数码航摄仪SWDC系统的关键技术,阐述其在我国西部测图中应用的可行性;最后,通过拉萨地区的具体航测试验表明:在地面分辨率1m情况下,当测区只有一个控制点时,摄影测量的平面精度优于0.4m,高程精度优于0.9m,高程的相对精度优于万分之一,符合1∶10 000成图规范要求。
Nearly one-fifth of the land in the western part of our country still lacks basic topographic data so far. Apart from the poor natural environment, the level of surveying and mapping technology is also a crucial factor. Aerial photogrammetry is one of the basic means of topographic mapping. In recent years, digital aerial photogrammetry has become a hot spot for research and application. The paper introduces the key technologies of digital autopilot SWDC system with independent intellectual property in China, and expounds the feasibility of its application in the western China. Finally, through the specific aerial test in Lhasa, it is shown that under the condition of 1m of ground resolution, When there is only one control point in the survey area, the plane accuracy of photogrammetry is better than 0.4m, the accuracy of elevation is better than 0.9m, and the relative accuracy of elevations is better than one ten thousandth, which meets the requirements of 1: 10,000 mapping.
