引言英语课程标准明确提出:英语课程要面向全体学生,为学生全面发展和终身发展奠定基础。如何在教学中实现这一目标,作为农村初中的一位老师,心中感慨颇多,其中感触最深的就是农村初中的英语学困生多,英语学习的兴趣不浓。同样做一名教师,农村初中的教师更苦,更累,缺少教学的幸福感。研究学困生的转化策略,相信每一朵花都会灿烂绽放,是每一位农村初中英语老师的责任和义务。那么如何转化英语学困生呢?笔者做了以下一些尝试。
