近年来,随着交通运输业和建筑行业的快速发展,骨盆髋臼骨折的患病率逐年上升,而骨盆骨折手术的复杂和对患者术中体征要求的严苛以及术后康复期漫长的因素所限,骨盆骨折作为创伤骨科手术的"皇冠领域",临床治疗起来可谓困难重重.在这种历史背景下,中国人民解放军总医院唐佩福主任所带领的以陈华教授为代表的骨科团队,紧随国际前沿趋势,在国内较早展开了复杂骨盆髋臼骨折微创治疗的探索.经过反复的临床实践与研究,于2016年创新出一套微创骨盆矫正复位系统,用于复杂骨盆骨折的微创复位,不但降低了医源性损伤和手术
