门诊换药室是一个独立的窗口性服务单位,当前医患纠纷大幅上升,加强自身素质,提高工作质量,加强自我保护意识,是避免医疗纠纷的焦点。现将近年来我院在门诊换药室工作的一些经验及体会报告如下:1做好人文关怀,强化安全意识时刻把好医疗安全关,做到依法行医,严格按照各项规章制度及技术操作规程进行操作,规范礼仪行为,进行必要的沟通,了解患者心理需求,做到人文关怀,体现人性化护理。要态度和蔼,语言亲切,耐心解释,护理细心,给患者说明换药的目的和注意事项,争取患者的配合和理解。2提高工作质量,杜绝医疗差错。换药室因患者流动性大,病种菌群繁杂,危险因素大,要严格执行医院感染管理规范,牢记消毒隔离观念,遵守无菌技术操作,严格掌握消毒灭菌方法及执行消毒灭菌监测规范,无菌物一人一用一灭菌原则等。以最好的专业素养和服务态度来防范医护人员与患者家属之间护患纠纷的发生。
