在信息技术主导的市场环境下,各行业竞争异常激烈,电子商务起步不久但势头却异常猛烈。以运营为主的聚兴电子商务有限公司也想跻身电子商务市场,但由于这样的中小企业自身存在的许多问题,致使他们的发展非常困难。本文以聚兴电子商务的运营管理研究为主题,先对研究这一课题的背景、目的和意义进行阐述;然后针对聚兴电子商务有限公司经营状况存在的问题进行研究分析;最后在分析问题的基础上提出相对应的解决策略。本次论文的编写,希望能够帮助像聚兴电子商务公司一样的中小企业摆脱相同的困境,从而促使其长稳发展。
Under the information technology-led market environment, the competition in various industries is extremely fierce. E-commerce has started very rapidly but its momentum has been extremely violent. Jupiter-based e-commerce Co., Ltd., an operation-oriented company, also wants to enter the e-commerce market. However, due to many problems existing in such SMEs, their development is very difficult. This paper focuses on the research of operation and management of Juxing e-commerce, firstly, it expatiates on the background, purpose and significance of studying this subject. Then, it studies and analyzes the existing problems of Juxing e-commerce Co., Ltd. Finally, Based on the proposed solution to the corresponding strategy. The preparation of this paper hopes to help small and medium-sized enterprises like Juxing e-commerce companies to get out of the same predicament and promote their steady development.
