In this study, nitric oxide synthase inhibitor nitroprussine (LNA) and nitric oxide donor SIN-l, to explore the NO under normal oxygen and hypoxic conditions on the proliferation of pulmonary artery smooth muscle cells (PASM) regulation. MATERIALS AND METHODS After PASM was cultured and identified, the 10-generation PASM was seeded into 96-well plates at a density of 20,000 cells per well.
