L759是1975年9月在615近交系小鼠上开始建立的一个可移植性肉瘤白血病新瘤株,现已传至132代。其生长特性已基本稳定,在615系小鼠中用瘤细胞移植,发病率为100%,无自发缓解,平均存活时间13.8±2.5天;对不同年令、性别的615系小鼠和不同途径(包括口服)接种,均可发病。L759白血病细胞于局部皮下接种后迅速侵入血管并通过血行向全身播散,其特点是在接种局部可长出较大的实体瘤结,并逐渐发展为典型的白血病,故属肉瘤白血病。 L759与L615细胞形态相似。电镜观察在瘤细胞内看到池内A颗粒,在脾组织中还看到C型病毒样颗粒。 L759对抗癌药的敏感谱较广。不仅对抗代谢类及烷化刘类药物非常敏感,而且对生物碱类也颇敏感,长春新诚对瘤重的抑制率可以达到100%。对于L759的来源及其与L615的关系进行了讨论。
