针对当前水压式沼气池的弊病:池深体积大、投料不足浓度低,浮料结壳产气差、占地多、难出料等问题,江苏省扬州市沼气试验站经过了3—4年的反复试验,终于研制成了一种粪草分离式小型沼气池。粪草分离小型沼气池符合江苏人多地少的实际情况,避免了池大投料不足、浓度低产气不高和池深地下水位高、夏季不好建池等弊病。粪草分离发酵小型沼气池结构组成如下:有进料口、水压间;池体直径为1.92米,池深为75厘米,拱高占1/4,锅凹底占1/10;按水压式沼气池的尺寸比例缩小,草池比粪池高20厘米,粪草两池和水压间相通联。工艺流程简单易行:放样利用挖塘的池墙,池底稍加整修为土模之用;进出料口用砖模浇制;活动盖
