现行的建筑节能设计标准对体形系数作强制性规定,但标准研究制定体形系数相关规定时对建筑使用模式的假设与实际情况之间有很大差别,而且标准中关于体形系数的强制性规定限制了实际中建筑师对建筑体形的设计。本文针对建筑使用模式和建筑围护结构热工性能对建筑能耗的影响,分析了建筑体形系数与建筑能耗的关系,认为在严寒、寒冷地区,为降低采暖能耗,对建筑体形系数限值是合理的,但出于降低建筑总能耗的目,仍需谨慎设计建筑体形;但对于南方地区,建议不对体形系数进行限制。在气候适宜的地区,为充分利用自然通风、自然采光,可以适当放大体形系数。
The current building energy efficiency design standards make mandatory provisions on body shape coefficients.
