本文通过对北京市三个级别八所医院的439名医护人员和医科大学93名医护学生的调查,结果表明.医护人员在护理垂危患者时会同时出现厌恶和吸引两种态度,这两种态度是与他们的个人经历、职业经历和教育经历呈正相关关系的。年龄越大,临床经验越丰富,与去世亲友的密切程度越真,他们在护理垂危患者时的态度也越积极。本文还根据以上调查结果对医务人员尤其是医护学生在护理死亡和垂危患者的知识和技能培训以及需要的社会心理支持方面提出了建议。
This article investigates 439 medical personnel from eight hospitals in three grades in Beijing and 93 medical students from medical universities. The results show that when nurses and nurses care for dying patients, both attitudes of aversion and attraction appear. These two attitudes It is positively related to their personal experiences, professional experiences and educational experiences. The older you are, the richer the clinical experience, the closer you are to your relatives and friends, and the more active they are when you are nursing dying patients. Based on the above findings, the paper also puts forward recommendations for medical personnel, especially medical students, in the training of knowledge and skills for care of death and dying patients and the need for psychosocial support.
