目的建立同位素稀释-气相色谱-三重四级杆质谱法同时测定饮用水中3种邻苯二甲酸酯和己二酸二(2乙基己基)酯的方法。方法样品采用正己烷提取后,气相色谱三重四极杆质谱检测,内标法定量。结果方法具有良好线性,相关系数R均大于0.998,定量限为0.1~0.5 g/L。各组分平均回收率为92.3%~105.3%,相对标准偏差为0.4%~5.5%。实际样品中3种增塑剂有检出。结论该方法操作简单,准确度和灵敏度高,重现性好,可作为生活饮用水中增塑剂含量检测的确证方法。
OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the simultaneous determination of three kinds of phthalates and di (2-ethylhexyl) adipate in drinking water by isotope dilution-gas chromatography-triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Methods The samples were extracted with n-hexane and detected by gas chromatography triple quadrupole mass spectrometry. Results The method has good linearity, the correlation coefficient R is greater than 0.998, and the limit of quantification is 0.1-0.5 g / L. The average recoveries of each component ranged from 92.3% to 105.3% with relative standard deviations from 0.4% to 5.5%. The actual sample of three plasticizers are detected. Conclusion The method is simple, accurate and sensitive, reproducible, and can be used as a confirmatory method for the determination of plasticizer in drinking water.
