在城镇化大潮下,城镇人口大量向城市迁移,而新建成的建筑能相当于世界建筑总量的一半。在这种情况下,城市问题日益突出,水资源短缺,水质污染,洪水,城市内涝,地下水位下降,水生物栖息地丧失等的水生态问题日益凸显。一时间,伴随着城市人口爆炸的同时牵引出了一系列的环境生态问题,城市也必然需要得到适当的修补与回复,在这之中,“海绵城市”这一概念再一次进入人们的视野。“海绵城市”就像一块海绵那样把雨水留住让水循环利用起来把初期雨水径流的污染削减掉,相关的业内人士也开始在实践中探寻解决城市雨水可持续发展问题的方法,并在学习借鉴国外先进理念和技术的同时,努力探讨适应于我国城市雨洪问题的理论和方法创新,符合城市“双修”的这一主题。
Under the tide of urbanization, the urban population has largely migrated to the cities, and the newly built building can be equivalent to half of the total construction in the world. Under such circumstances, urban issues are becoming increasingly prominent. The ecological problems such as water scarcity, water pollution, floods, urban waterlogging, groundwater table declines and aquatic habitat loss have become increasingly prominent. For a time, along with the explosion of the urban population, a series of environmental and ecological problems have been drafted, and the cities also need to be appropriately repaired and replied. In this case, the concept of “sponge city” has once again entered the people’s Vision. “Sponge City” is like a sponge that keeps rainwater recycled to reduce the pollution of initial rainfall runoff. Related industry insiders also started to explore ways to solve the problem of sustainable development of urban rainwater in practice. Learn from foreign advanced concepts and techniques at the same time, efforts to explore the adaptation of China’s urban storm flood theory and method of innovation, in line with the city “double repair ” of this theme.
